Since Manila v2.5 HTC has designed and developed a completely new text messaging application (HTC Messaging App) to replace the old Windows messaging application for the entire SMS/text messaging functionality. Some of you may not be affected by the poor performance of HTC messaging app. But it’s so poor that despite trimming text messages to just 200, every operation (open message, compose a message, etc) takes a few seconds at least, and it is just not usable. It looks as if HTC has designed, developed and tested with just a handful messages in mind.

TouchMark is just a quick application by xda user Mr_Ray wrote when he got his HD2 to get an objective idea of how accurate he was with the capacitive screen, compared to finger and stylus use on his older devices. Now he has released it to the general public, since there are so many petty arguements about sensitivity, with little to no hard data. Hopefully this will help.

Just after we broke MultiTouch Prototype for all Windows Mobiles, xda user anaadoul have released an MultiTouch SDK for Resistive Screens but as of now its in Pre-alpha preview. He has uploaded an youtube video showing it in action, he also has developed an application which is available to download bundled with the dll used.

RMVB is one excellent video format, but it is not open video format, many software and devices can’t support RMVB format including our windows mobiles. But now its possible to run RMVB files on the windows media player. All you have to do is download & install RMVB Plugin (1336).
