Wake & Shake is a little utility for waking up, shutting down, rebooting or Logging off from the PC’s on your network via you windows mobile device.

Requirements:

Wifi active on wm and connected on same local network as PC’s
Wake-On-Lan must be enabled on PC’s
Allow http traffic on Port 7777
Obtain MAC Address for all PC’s you wish to ‘control’
Currently only built for WVGA devices

New Version Of S2U2 To Bring More Functions To Dual Way Slider

The popular S2U2 iphone like lock interface will be updated to support more funtions for the two way slider. Currently it supports unlocking to both directions, but the developer A_C is working on adding more functionality to the dual way slider like the ability to set the phone profile to ring or vibrate.

Backup is an essential element for every user. There are tons of applications to backup your data including Contacts & Messages. Backup is an always great option if you have one single phone but users like me who has multiple phones with different mobile numbers for personal & official use, find it almost impossible to have sms organized beacuse I do change my handsets between my numbers.

Well a new utility SMSSyncUp by Mohitsapru makes it all very easy for me. He has made a utility to sync sms with my Gmail account. The utility do has its share of bugs but works out very fine if done as told by mohit himself.

Windows Mobile Proximity Sensor Lock Screen App

Proximity sensor is an awesome little feature added to Windows Mobiles to turn off the screen when it is close to something & is mostly used for turning off the screen when you talk & the phone is close to the ear because there is no need for screen to be always on while talking & as you move the phone away from the ear the screen turns on automatically.

Resco Explorer 2010 Released

Most of the changes go head to head with improvements of not a long time released new version of Resco Photo Manager. Resco team enriched Explorer with the popular feature of uploading images to Facebook, Flickr, Twitter, Picasa, MySpace and Photobucket. Next main improvement is the introduction of thumbnails view mode. This new mode simplifies work with the image folders. It improves navigation and helps to find the right image. Another big issue; users will be able to recognize interaction with the Photo Manager. The thumbnail loading will become faster and Explorer will support more image file types if users install both programs. The last improvement affects Explorer’s Today plug-in. The old one has been replaced by a new totally customizable plug-in with Task Manager and other handy tools.
